Shipping & Handling



ROTIBABI offers worldwide shipping. We thrive to keep shipping cost as low as possible, for rating we look at the total amount of the order, and the more records you buy, the cheaper the rate. 

Most countries have 2 shipping options, one registered and one unregistered. If you do not want to have your order sent at your own risk, then please choose for the registered shipping option. Some countries also have the option to pick up at UPS Acces Points and in The Netherlands it's also possible to chose to pick up from one of our Pick Up Points.

PLEASE NOTE : We are a retail record shop with a physical store. Some items are listed online & available in the shop. We do our best to keep inventory updated daily. However, some items may sell in store between receiving an order and processing the said order, resulting in an item being out of stock. We appreciate your understanding.

ROTIBABI ships all records in reinforced cardboard boxes to make sure your records arrive perfectly safe! Since we are customers of online vinyl ourselves, we know how to ensure safe transportation from our end. PLEASE NOTE : that ROTIBABI is not responsible for shipment delays or damaged packages caused by the carrier.



We offer 3 different methods for shipping :

Standard with PostNL which is unregistered, at your own risk! 
Registered with PostNL includes registration and track & trace.
UPS Acces Point which is unregistered, at your own risk!

We have separate rates for small packages, they will be sent as letter with PostNL, at your own risk, and are priced according to weight. If you want your item to be sent with tracking or insurance please drop us a note at


The delivery times below are estimates. A lot depends on the efficiency of your local post service.

The Netherlands : 1 - 3 working days
Western Europe :  3 - 8 working days
Eastern Europe :  6 - 15 working days
Rest of World :  8 - 16 working days

PLEASE NOTE : that the estimated shipping times above can be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, delays at customs, busy times of year etc.


If an order does not arrive, we can issue a replacement package. In The Netherlands we consider a package to be missing after 15 working days. Most international orders are considered missing after 25 working days with some expectations of 30 days. Before we can issue a replacement, customers must have checked with their local depot/sorting office to see if their package is awaiting pick up. If we think there is an issue with the shipping address, or that packages are being stolen in the post, we reserve the right to refuse future orders to these addresses. PLEASE NOTE : when chosen for unregistered / standard shipping we won't issue a replacement, they are at your own risk!


If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address, or because it was not collected from a local depot, we will have to charge you again in order to re-send it.  We will get in touch with you before any package is re-sent.
